The company has for years worked on industrial multifunctional protective coatings for all surfaces and strives to continuously improve their products.

In 2010 Nanoshine Ltd introduced Ceramic Pro, a series of products for the automotive, air and marine markets suited for surfaces such as paint, glass, alloy, fabric, leather, plastic and rubber.

What makes Ceramic Pro different is the cutting edge technology based on ceramic molecular compounds (nanoceramics). The formula is world patented and it has taken ten years of research and testing to bring the product to where it is today. All formulas include SiO2.

Ceramic Pro is a multi-layerable, clear, liquid nano-ceramic coating.
When cured, this technology will transform itself on the surface to a permanent, ridged, flexible glass shield.
Its transparent 3D matrix structure protects the surface from minor scratches, graffiti, dirt, aging, premature oxidation. It offers excellent thermal (1400 F), UV, oxidation, corrosion and chemical resistance. A surface that has been sealed with Ceramic Pro 9H stays clean for a longer period of time due to its smoothness and hydrophobic qualities.
Ceramic Pro is a permanent coating  and can only be removed with heavy compound or wet sanding. That’s why if maintained correctly we often sell it with a lifetime warranty. . The unique formulation of Ceramic pro has enabled it to be multi-layered which means the thickness of the coating can be increased with additional layers allowing a thicker/harder film that will increase protection.
Ceramic Pro product range includes both water based and solvent based products with a 30% – 70% Silica (SIO2) content. The products have gone through a number of standardized ASTM and ISO tests backing up the claims mentioned above.
Ceramic Pro was originally designed for the oil industry and space industry, but expanded quickly into other industries such as automotive marine and aviation.
Ceramic Pro can be described as an additional clear coat, with 3 times the hardness and self cleaning properties.

How is this possible?
Ceramic Pro once cured, is measured to have hardness above 9H. Normal clear coat has hardness between 2H and 4H. The glass shield prevents minor scratches to your clearcoat and acts as a sacrificial layer. This preserves the original factory paint.
Any surface scratches that happen in the coating are easily removed with light polishing which will not weaken the integrity of the original clear coat. With Ceramic Pro your paint won’t fade or age due to the UV protection in the glass coating.
Glossy, slick and self-cleaning. This nano technology allows the Ceramic nanoparticles to fill the smallest pores in the paint which makes the Ceramic Pro glass shield shiny, smooth and extremely slick or hydrophobic. Ceramic Pro dramatically lowers the surface tension preventing environmental contaminants such as: bird droppings, bugs, dirt, tar and graffiti paint from bonding to the surface. Water easily removes dirt from the surface by encapsulating it while rolling off the surface. This is called the self-cleaning effect.
Permanent protection Ceramic Pro 9H is a one-time application if maintained correctly. Once the Ceramic Pro glass shield has cured it can only be removed through abrasion like wet sanding or machine polishing. This puts Ceramic Pro in a category by itself, compared to sealants or waxes that degrade quickly.

Permanent protection
Ceramic Pro is not a paint protection, wax or sealant that will wash away or break down over time. It is a nano-ceramic coating that forms a permanent adhesion to the paint and can only be removed through abrasion. No chemical can dissolve the coating.
Hardness above 9H
When the coat hardens it creates a surface that can resist all sorts of light scratches. The glass coat is above 9H on the Pencil test scale. This scale is used in the coating industry to determine a mineral`s hardness. The coat will stay hard for a lifetime if maintained correctly.
Chemical Resistance
The coating has a 100% resistance against the damaging containments and harsh chemicals that a car can be exposed to. Since chemicals do not do anything to the coating, the car will stay protected.
Oxidation and Corrosion Resistant
Bare metal and painted surfaces will oxidize. Ceramic Pro´s protective coat protects the paint and the metal from getting in contact with water and oxygen.
Temperature resistance

The coat will not be effected under 1400 Fahrenheit.

UV protection

Silkoxide which is used in sun block is also used in Ceramic Pro’s products. The UV protecting keeps the paint, rubber and plastic from aging.

Super Gloss

The shine from this product is not comparable to any other product on the market. It has to be seen in real life.

Hydrophobic-nov (Water Fearing)
When you talk about surfaces being hydrophobic you often talk about the water contact angle of the surface. The higher angle the less dirt or liquid will attach to the surface. This hydrophobic effect will last a lifetime if maintained correctly.
