Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee Track Hawk in for Paint Correction to remove the swirls on my black paint. Then had a 5-year Ceramic coating applied. I was blown away on how Nice it came out. Looks like glass! So Shiny! LOVE IT! I am very impressed with Marks quality in customer service attention to detail & professionalism. I highly recommend him. He is a PRO He does great work! Hands down best detailer...Mark has done 3 vehicles with ceramic coating for me. I believe 9 years now....when I traded my Chevy 1500 in after 7 years they gave me 5k more because of the quality of paint. He is a Master at his craft. When you find someone who actually cares about his work and understands what quality means.... you cherish it! Way to go Mark you're the best. Recently I was driving behind an 18-wheeler that was dropping some kind of silicone greasy substance that resulted in blobs of the stuff covering my 2011 MDX. Running the car through a commercial car wash only made the problem worse. The silicone grease was now covering most of the paint and glass surfaces. Whatever the substance was it was nearly impossible for me to wipe even a small surface clean. I called Mark at A-Auto Detail Service and he welcomed the opportunity to evaluate the situation. Mark was certain he could remove the greasy gunk and provided some additional options to bring my 2011 vehicle back to life. The results produced by Mark and his crew are absolutely fantastic! I first reached out to Mark to detail a car that I was preparing to sell.  After consulting with him, I understood that he provided a service that I would be wiser to invest in for my new vehicle.  I am not a car guy but wanted to take the correct steps to protect my new vehicle.  Mark is a true master of his craft. Mark is such a professional. He was clear about every detail pertaining to the services he provided on my car. He kept me informed of his progress the entire time and gave me complete instructions on how to care for my car after the work was completed. Working with Mark was a great experience.  Before we even got to the detailing and ceramic coating, Mark broke down the pricing and detailed what each level included.  Once I picked up the car i was in awe.  My truck had little scratches, dings, markings, etc all over and every single one of them was corrected and I could not tell.  The paint looked brand new!  The engine detailing was also nothing short of amazing, the truck looked like it had just come off the assembly line it was that clean.  The overall experience with Mark was enjoyable and very prompt and professional.  I could not recommend A Auto Detail Service enough!!!!

Mark squeezed me in last minute bc I spilt coffee in my brand new car 😫.  He did not finagle me some BS price and try to have me do more to my car then I was wanting or needing. I was also running a little behind that morning and they still made it work out! Thank you guys! My car smells and looks amazing!
